Terms and refunds

Ebooks and guides

Ebooks and guides are for your own use. Please don’t share or resell the files. If one isn’t what you expected, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it.

Online courses

You get access for as long as the course exists, including updates. Refunds are available within 7 days if you have watched less than a quarter of the lessons.

Prints

Prints are made to order. If a print arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and it will be replaced.

Shoots

A 50% deposit secures your date. If you need to move the date, the deposit moves with it once. Cancellations within 14 days of the shoot forfeit the deposit.
